By accessing or using Tapique, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You may not use Tapique for unlawful purposes, to distribute malware, to spam, or to infringe on others' intellectual property rights.
Paid plans are billed monthly in PHP. You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
When you claim your first Tapique NFC card, you are automatically enrolled in a free 90-day trial of Tapique+ at no cost. The trial is limited to one per user account and cannot be transferred.
During the trial period, you have access to all Tapique+ features, including multiple profiles, custom slugs, advanced analytics, lead exports, form creation, video embeds, file attachments, webhooks, QR customization, theme customization, and context-aware profile switching.
No payment information is required to start the trial. The trial will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. At the end of the 90-day period, your account will revert to the Free plan. All your content will be preserved, but premium features will be locked until you subscribe to Tapique+.
Tapique reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time. Any changes will not affect trials that are already active.
You retain ownership of all content you create on Tapique. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your card content, images, or data.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Tapique is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
